Job Summary:
As a Building Management Officer, you will oversee the operations of multiple teams of building management personnel engaged in the day to day operations of a large group of buildings and facilities. As an expert in building management operations, you will serve as a primary liaison and senior resource to customers and building managers at all levels for the property management inventory under your authority. This position is located in the PBS, Southern Service Center Operations Division, Property Management. This division is responsible for managing GSA buildings and maximizing the financial performance of our inventory by preserving the value of the portfolio, operating efficiently, and building tenant relationships.
