EUROPEAN YOUTH PRESS newsletter

Newsletter

November 2017

Dear young media makers,

There has been a great deal of change over the past month at EYP. We held our General Assembly in Antwerp, electing a new executive and advisory board.

We’d like to welcome Lotte Kamphuis, Diana Bologova, Ajala Carvalho, Fatih Yalçin and Mariell Raisma who will be our new executive board members. The board is entirely new and will replace myself, Milica Zugic, Martin Maska, Haris Dedovic, Jana Fintova and Catalina Dumbraveanu.

We’ve also got two new member organisations in Cafe Babel and Are We Europe. We look forward to you all contributing to the future of EYP.

In this newsletter you will find a number of opportunities including a journalism fellowship at New York University as well as the call for editors and journalists for the European Youth Event report 2018. The event itself will take place in Strasbourg in June 2018 and wants to hear ideas from young people all across Europe.

As this will be the last newsletter before the new board take over we’d like to say thank you to everyone who has worked with us over the past year (or more in some cases) and we look forward to keeping in touch with you as EYP moves forward.

Board Member
